1. Usage of the Artwork
The artist retains the intellectual property rights to the created artwork. The buyer is granted the right to use the artwork for personal purposes. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.2. Publication and Portfolio
The artist reserves the right to publish the finished artwork in portfolios, on social media, or for promotional purposes. If the buyer does not wish this, it should be discussed in advance.3. Editing and Resale
The buyer is not permitted to alter, resell, or claim the artwork as their own without the artist's permission.4. Third-Party Use
The use of the artwork by third parties is only allowed with the artist’s written consent.REFUNDS
